Sales Intern

Job Description:
As a Sales Intern at NukkadShops Technologies, you will support the sales and business development team in acquiring new customers and promoting the company's retail technology solutions. You will interact with potential customers, understand their business requirements, explain NukkadShops products, and assist in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Reach out to prospective retailers and business owners and introduce NukkadShops solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly/weekly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM/sales tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for product demos, onboarding, and customer requirements.
Research the retail market and identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and in person
Basic understanding of sales and business development
Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle customer objections
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Willingness to learn about SaaS, POS, retail technology, and digital solutions
