About the Role

Moodale is inviting applications for the position of Sales Intern to support its newly launched M WebX segment. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in developing practical skills in communication, client interaction, and sales processes.

The internship offers structured work hours, performance-based incentives, and an opportunity to gain real-world exposure in sales operations.

Position Details

Role: Sales Intern

Segment: M WebX (Moodale)

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Stipend: 4,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Days: 5 Days per Week

Weekly Off: 2 Days

Working Hours:

4 hours per day, flexible within 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Selected candidates must maintain daily work logs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contact potential clients through assigned communication channels.
  2. Present company services to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
  3. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  4. Maintain records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
  5. Submit daily work logs and activity reports.
  6. Work towards assigned outreach and performance targets.
  7. Coordinate with the reporting manager and provide regular updates.
  8. Maintain professionalism during all client interactions.
Skills Required
  • Basic English understanding
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or English
  • Good listening skills
  • Interest in sales and client interaction
  • Ability to manage time and maintain consistency
Eligibility Criteria
  • Students, freshers, or individuals interested in sales roles
  • Ability to commit 4 hours daily
  • Availability for 3-month internship duration
  • Access to smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection
