Role Overview
The Sales Intern will support the admissions and business development team by engaging with leads, understanding student needs, and guiding them toward suitable IRA Coaching programs. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a target-driven attitude, and wants to learn the fundamentals of sales in the education and coaching sector.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming student inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and email
Explain IRA Coaching programs clearly and confidently
Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure follow-ups are on time
Support in outreach campaigns, webinars, and info sessions
Assist in converting warm leads into enrollments
Coordinate with the marketing team for content or campaign insights
Provide weekly reports on outreach and conversions
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable speaking with students and parents
Interest in sales, career coaching, and education
Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
Self-driven mindset with willingness to learn
Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation
