Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern based in Vijayawada. The Sales Intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting the sales team with outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves preparing sales presentations and demos, updating and maintaining CRM records, and assisting in the follow-up process with prospective clients. The intern will also help coordinate with the marketing and product teams to understand HS Global AI's solutions and communicate value propositions clearly to customers. This internship provides exposure to enterprise AI solutions, customer engagement technologies, and end-to-end B2B sales processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written communication for engaging with prospects and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline follow-up, with a willingness to learn B2B technology sales.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or IT services, with the ability to quickly grasp product features such as AI avatars, hologram systems, and customer engagement solutions.
  • Comfort using productivity and CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms) to track leads and prepare sales materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a learning mindset, openness to feedback, and readiness to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
