Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales team with client outreach, market research, relationship building, and account management. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential corporate clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in building long-term partnerships. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to promote Giftority's services, manage sales processes, and meet business development goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Proven Sales abilities or enthusiasm to learn sales processes, with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude
  • Experience or interest in Sales Management and Training is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of corporate gifting and B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs is desirable
