About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Intern who will work on lead generation, in-person client visits, product/service pitching, and conversion. This is a field sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for our services and products through Market visits, Cold visits, Referrals and local networking, calls, emails and social networking platforms.
- Visit prospective customers in-person.
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead status
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery
- Follow up with prospects to close deals
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel
- Good communication skills (Odia / Hindi / English preferred)
- Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Must have a two-wheeler(a must have)
- Smartphone with internet access
