Field-based role extensive local travel required

Internship Duration:

36 Months

(Performance-based extension / full-time opportunity)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Intern who will work on lead generation, in-person client visits, product/service pitching, and conversion. This is a field sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for our services and products through Market visits, Cold visits, Referrals and local networking, calls, emails and social networking platforms.
  • Visit prospective customers in-person.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
  • Convert leads into paying customers
  • Maintain daily visit reports and lead status
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with field work and daily travel
  • Good communication skills (Odia / Hindi / English preferred)
  • Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners
  • Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Must have a two-wheeler(a must have)
  • Smartphone with internet access
