Sales Intern – Events & Exhibitions

We are a leading organizer of B2B travel and tourism exhibitions, connecting tourism boards, hotels, resorts, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), and travel professionals across India and international markets. Our events provide a platform for networking, business development, and industry collaboration.
Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential exhibitors and industry partners.
- Generate and maintain databases of travel companies, hotels, tourism boards, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support exhibitor acquisition activities through emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with prospective exhibitors to share event information and participation details.
- Help maintain CRM records and update sales reports.
- Support the team during exhibitions by assisting with exhibitor management and on-ground coordination.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with telephonic conversations and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in sales, events, and the travel & tourism industry.
