About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Intern who can help us generate leads, reach out to brands, and convert conversations into influencer marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, and the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential brands, startups, and businesses for influencer marketing campaigns
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Pitch company services and explain how we can help execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Generate and qualify leads for potential collaborations and brand partnerships
- Maintain and update lead databases, trackers, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into active campaigns
- Assist in building partnerships with brands for ongoing campaign opportunities
Who Can Apply :
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of social media and influencer marketing is a plus
- Ability to handle rejections and stay consistent with follow-ups
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach / lead generation tools
- Familiarity with Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Prior internship or exposure to sales or marketing roles
