Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Generate leads and identify businesses that need websites.
- Explain our website development services and packages to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into customers.
- Maintain records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team for client requirements and project handovers.
- Work towards assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with potential customers.
- Interest in sales, websites, and digital services.
- Willingness to make calls and follow up with leads.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of websites or digital marketing is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required.
