Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Intern, based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying and generating leads, communicating with potential clients, supporting the sales team in presenting and pitching product solutions, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service, documenting sales activities, and participating in sales-specific training programs to enhance skills and market understanding.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding or experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Enthusiasm to participate in training sessions and learn new sales techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
