Role Description The Sales Intern role at Craftsmen HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, assisting with outreach, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in sales databases or CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and helping organize sales presentations or product demonstrations. The intern will collaborate closely with senior sales staff to understand client needs, provide responsive customer service, and participate in training sessions to learn sales processes and best practices. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales operations and the opportunity to develop practical experience in a dynamic professional setting.

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and email).
