Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients (schools, colleges, students, parents, and academic institutions) via outbound calls, emails, social media, and events.
- Client Outreach: Present and promote EdTech solutions through compelling communication that resonates with the educational sector.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, schedule demos, and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
- CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Market Insights: Gather and report on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and provide customer insights.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language skills are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
