Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new client leads for recruitment services
- Reach out to potential clients via emails, LinkedIn or other platforms
- Create and post regular LinkedIn content on company achievements and updates
- Maintain and update client database and CRM
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement understanding
- Supporting the sales team by providing high-quality leads
- Support in proposal sharing and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Graduated (MBA Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Convincing and Liaisoning skills
- Interest in sales / HR consulting
- Good knowledge of MS Office & must have large volume of LinkedIn Connections
Stipend: Upto 18k
3 to 6 month Internship(PPO based on Performance)
