Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new client leads for recruitment services
  • Reach out to potential clients via emails, LinkedIn or other platforms
  • Create and post regular LinkedIn content on company achievements and updates
  • Maintain and update client database and CRM
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement understanding
  • Supporting the sales team by providing high-quality leads
  • Support in proposal sharing and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Graduated (MBA Preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Convincing and Liaisoning skills
  • Interest in sales / HR consulting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & must have large volume of LinkedIn Connections

Stipend: Upto 18k

3 to 6 month Internship(PPO based on Performance)
