Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Coimbatore. The Sales Intern will assist the sales team in identifying potential leads, building client relationships, and supporting customer onboarding. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering excellent customer service, providing product or service details, and assisting in sales management processes. Additionally, the role may include training sessions to enhance sales techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build client relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles and the ability to assist in promoting products or services.
  • Willingness to develop experience in Training and related skills to support sales growth and methodologies.
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales Management to contribute to sales-related strategies and processes.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work collaboratively, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is a plus.
