Lyftr AI is a B2B SaaS platform helping Indian MSMEs turn WhatsApp into a fully automated sales and support channel. Using AI agents, we enable businesses to manage customer conversations, qualify leads, and drive conversions without technical complexity.

We're building the default growth engine for small businesses in India.

About the Role

We are offering a 3-6 month, full-time remote Sales Internship for candidates interested in building a career in B2B SAAS sales and revenue roles within a fast-growing AI startup. This program provides hands-on exposure to real-world selling, customer acquisition, and revenue ownership.

Unlike traditional internships, this program is performance-driven, combining a fixed monthly component with performance-linked incentives. Progression is based on measurable sales outcomes, ethical selling practices, and consistency.

High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles upon successful completion of the internship.

Selection Process

Our hiring process includes a short, structured sales challenge designed to give candidates hands-on exposure to real workflows.

This stage is performance-based and includes incentives for successful outcomes. Detailed information about goals and rewards will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Internship Responsibilities

  • Sell Lyftr AI subscriptions via approved channels
  • Prospect and engage SMB decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to payment
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and structured follow-ups
  • Ensure customer quality and retention

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly stipend
  • Performance-based incentives for successful sales

Expected Monthly Earnings (Indicative): INR 15,000 per month

Top performers: INR 30,000+ per month

Full-Time Opportunity

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role at Lyftr AI after completing the internship.

Indicative full-time CTC: INR 4.5 LPA
