Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Intern will assist the sales team by engaging with potential clients, providing customer service support, and conducting market research. Key responsibilities include supporting the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing customer needs, and participating in sales training sessions. The role focuses on gaining practical experience in sales and business development activities in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management processes, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Ability to assist in Training sessions, with a willingness to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales software is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for technology and customer engagement.
