Description

This is an entry-level position in the Sales Insurance team where the selected candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products to potential clients, providing them with guidance and support in choosing the right insurance plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Provide expert advice on various insurance products available in the market.
  • Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance policies based on their requirements and financial capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients and follow up on leads.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while conducting sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good understanding of insurance products and market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
