Job Summary:

Responsible for handling customer support after policy issuance, including policy servicing, renewals, claims, and coordination with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle post-sales customer queries and policy servicing.
• Assist customers with insurance claims and documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs for claim processing.
• Track and follow up on pending claims and service requests.
• Support policy renewals and endorsements.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance/customer service preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and claims.
• Customer-focused and organized.
