This is a full-time remote role for a Client Implementation Manager - Influencer Marketing. The individual in this role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of influencer marketing campaigns for clients. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, providing training and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing campaign data, and maintaining cash flow-related processes. The role also entails strong collaboration with internal teams to continually improve client experiences and campaign outcomes.

• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional client experiences
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to liaise with internal teams and clients
• Experience with cash management and oversight of financial processes related to client implementation
• Ability to train and support clients in using digital tools or platforms effectively
• Proficiency in influencer marketing or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently within a remote environment
