This role is for professionals who thrive on the thrill of the chase identifying, engaging, and converting new clients across the US market. You will work closely with our leadership, presales, and delivery teams to position ACL Digital's full suite of offerings and close high-impact deals.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B experience, a consultative mindset, and a proven ability to open new doors within enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- A strong hunter mindset with an appetite for building new relationships and winning new business.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, competitive markets.
- Strategic thinking coupled with disciplined execution and follow-through.
- Fluency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering: MBA preferred.
- 510 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT Services, Product Engineering or Digital Transformation.
- Experience selling to Senior level stakeholders in enterprise accounts in the US
- Strong understanding of technology services sales cycles and delivery models.
Performance Indicators
- Number of new client acquisitions (logos) per quarter or year.
- Revenue generated from new accounts.
- Pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion ratios.
