Strategic HR Business Partnering
• Develop and sustain strong business partnerships with Commercial and Head Office leaders,
acting as a trusted advisor on organisation design, workforce planning, performance,
capability building, and change management.
• Provide hands-on coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations,
disciplinary processes, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders on organisational restructures, role clarity, and capability shifts to
support growth agendas.
