Sales head, Sales engineer & Service Engineers

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The roles of Sales Head, Sales Engineer, and Service Engineer include responsibilities such as managing customer accounts, identifying business opportunities, driving sales, and delivering high-quality service to our clients. The tasks also involve developing strategies to meet sales targets, overseeing team performance, and providing technical support to customers. Collaboration with teams and ensuring customer satisfaction are integral to these positions.

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in achieving and surpassing targets
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Advanced Team Management skills for leading, mentoring, and supervising diverse teams
• Analytical Skills for market analysis, problem-solving, and developing effective strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry is a plus
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is desirable
