AMPL Solar is looking for an experienced Sales Head – Residential Solar EPC to lead business growth and build a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential rooftop solar projects.
• Build, lead, and mentor the sales team.
• Generate and convert residential solar opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Residential Solar EPC Sales.
• Strong expertise in Residential Rooftop Solar Projects is mandatory.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
