Sales Head – Real Estate
Velociti Real Estate is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead sales operations across our projects in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple projects.
• Drive project sales, conversions, and business expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, channel partners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, pipelines, and market trends.
• Ensure effective CRM utilization, sales process optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to drive business objectives.
Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
• Deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.
• Experience managing multiple projects and channel partner networks is preferred.
