Sales Head - Real Estate

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as Sales Head in real estate open plots or farmland projects
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience handling large sales teams and channel partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to plan, execute, and scale sales operations
• Strong understanding of Hyderabad real estate market
• CRM knowledge and data-driven sales approach

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
• Experience in open plotting, farmland, agricultural real estate, or gated layouts
• Exposure to large-scale project launches
