Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Head - Real Estate. The Sales Head will oversee and drive the performance of the sales department, strategize to achieve revenue targets, and innovate to unlock market potential. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering client relationships, and developing and executing sales plans to achieve organizational goals. The role also entails analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and staying updated on regional real estate market developments.
