Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Head – Real Estate. The Sales Head will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes. The role also involves monitoring market trends and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Sales Team Management, and Revenue Growth
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate Market Trends, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
  • Experience in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and sales management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, professional environment
