Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales strategy revenue growth for MEP turnkey and cleanroom projects
- Lead business development across pharma, biotech, healthcare regulated industries
- Acquire and manage large turnkey projects (HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, MEP systems)
- Build strong relationships with pharma clients, consultants, EPC contractors PMC firms
- Lead tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and high-value contract negotiations
- Own key accounts and drive repeat business long-term partnerships
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures with strong governance
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
Ideal Candidate
- Strong expertise in MEP systems cleanroom solutions (HVAC, AHU, filtration, validation basics)
- Proven track record in turnkey project sales, especially in pharma/cleanroom environments
- Deep network within pharma, biotech, EPC regulated sectors
- Experience handling large deal sizes and strategic accounts
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management negotiation skills
