Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven State Sales Head Tamil Nadu to lead and scale employer acquisition and revenue growth for ManyJobs across the state. The role will own the complete sales function including BDM, KAM, and BDE teams, drive new business acquisition, strengthen employer relationships, and build strong market penetration across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Growth
- Own and deliver Tamil Nadu revenue targets for the ManyJobs Recruiter and Candidate platforms.
- Drive new customer acquisition across SMEs, large enterprises, and industrial clusters.
- Increase billing, renewals, and up-sell opportunities from existing clients.
- Strengthen ManyJobs presence across manufacturing, retail, sales, and service sectors.
2. Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Tamil Nadu sales organization, including BDM, KAM, and BDE teams.
- Drive field productivity, pipeline management, and sales conversions.
- Conduct weekly sales reviews and performance tracking.
- Represent ManyJobs at job events, HR forums, and industry engagements.
3. Market Expansion
- Expand ManyJobs footprint across major cities and industrial zones in Tamil Nadu.
- Identify growth opportunities in campus hiring, industrial hiring clusters, and recruitment agencies.
- Build partnerships with industry associations, training institutes, and hiring networks.
4. Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure strong employer onboarding and hiring success for recruiters using the platform.
- Improve customer retention, renewals, and satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve recruiter adoption and engagement.
5. Strategic Planning
- Develop state-level sales strategy and territory plans.
- Track market trends and analyze competition.
- Provide regular business insights, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.
Education & Experience
- 1015 years of experience in B2B Sales / Recruitment / Job Portal / SaaS sales.
- MBA preferred, Graduation in any discipline.
- Proven track record in managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong exposure to SME and enterprise client acquisition.
- Experience in field sales and regional market expansion.
