Business Growth & Revenue Ownership:
• Define and execute India sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Drive new business acquisition across multiple industry verticals
• Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets
P&L Management:
• Own and manage the Profit & Loss for the India BU
• Ensure sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profitability
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and financial planning
Client & Market Expansion:
• Develop relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers in enterprise clients
• Expand footprint in industries such as Technology, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Telecom
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances
Leadership & Team Building:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team
• Provide strategic direction to regional sales managers and account leaders
• Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure deal closures
