Job Summary:
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue across all centres under a B2C healthcare retail model. This role involves target setting, sales team training, lead management, and execution of sales strategies to ensure consistent business growth across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
- Drive overall sales performance and revenue generation across all centres.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure their consistent achievement.
- Track and optimise sales KPIs including lead volumes, conversions, and centre-wise performance.
Team Training & Performance Management
- Train and upskill counsellors and clinic staff on enquiry handling, counselling, and conversion techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improved productivity.
Lead & CRM Management
- Oversee the lead flow process, ensuring timely CRM follow-ups and structured progression through the sales funnel.
- Monitor enquiry sources, lead quality, and conversion rates; implement corrective action where required.
Business Development & Campaigns
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase walk-ins and enquiries.
- Drive hospital tie-ups, community outreach, and field sales initiatives to expand customer acquisition channels.
- Identify local opportunities and partnerships to support centre-level growth.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present weekly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and campaign performance.
- Provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
