The Sales head is responsible for the overall management and strategic vision of GGFI.
This role requires strong leadership skills to drive business growth, enhance operational
efficiency, and foster partnerships. The Business Head will develop and execute strategies that align with the GGFI's mission and goals.
Sales, Sales Strategy
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the GGFI's mission and objectives.
- Lead the organization in operational excellence and financial performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to enhance the GGFI's footprint.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations ensuring quality delivery of training programs.
- Establish performance goals for all departments and evaluate department performance.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the annual budget, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Monitor financial performance and develop action plans to address variances.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and mentor the management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement professional development programs.
- Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and industrybodies.
- Lead initiatives to expand the GGFI's offerings and market presence.
- Represent the GGFI at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, partners, and community leaders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and build trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and business growth.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
