Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

  • Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry or credit-related platforms is a plus
