Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head - B2B Showroom based in Pune. The role involves overseeing and managing the overall operations of the showroom, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Head will be responsible for managing the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, executing effective account management practices, and analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales, Sales Management, and proven ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Experience in Account Management and building strong relationships with B2B clients
  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and showroom management is an advantage
