Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Research and develop market entry and expansion strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging trends
  • Lead the creation and execution of 5-year and 10-year strategic business plans

Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Provide leadership and coordination across all sales and marketing functions
  • Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor performance against sales targets, marketing KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies and ensure strong brand positioning

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

  • Represent the company at key community, industry, and business forums
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and government bodies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with department heads and corporate teams to align strategies
  • Ensure integration of sales and marketing with operations, product, and finance

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Analyze competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Use data-driven insights to adapt strategies and capture growth opportunities
