Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to lead and scale our telesales operations. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue, and implementing structured sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a telesales team responsible for engaging with doctors and successfully onboarding them to the Healthmug platform.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive conversions and enhance engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Motivate the team through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with business goals.
  • Handle escalations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and streamline telesales processes.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
