Role Description

We are currently looking for freshers or enthusiastic individuals seeking internships for a Sales Executive role.

This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Bengaluru. This is a paid internship opportunity.

As a Sales Executive, you will support the team in market research, lead generation, outreach activities, and sales engagement. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about mental health, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the health tech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outreach and follow-up calls
• Supporting lead generation and database maintenance
• Responding to inquiries and coordinating meetings
• Assisting with client account management and satisfaction tracking
• Supporting therapist utilization and client service coordination
• Learning to manage end-to-end sales funnels and client engagement processes

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Ability to build rapport and foster client relationships
• Basic understanding of mental health or education industries (preferred, not mandatory)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
