About the Role
To lead and expand the formulations business across South Africa and key Southern African markets, focusing on distributor development, tender/institutional sales, and sustainable market growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Expansion
- Drive sales growth and achieve annual targets for formulations in assigned markets.
- Develop and manage distributors across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach.
- Tender & Key Account Management
- Handle government, institutional, and private tenders.
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Strategic & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth registrations and launches.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and portfolio recommendations.
- Planning & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual business plans.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
