Essential Skills
- Hand on experience in Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE)
- Hand on experience in one or more of the following areas - Segmentation and Targeting, Salesforce Sizing, Salesforce Alignment, Market Mix Modelling
- Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques within your area of expertise
- Proficient in advanced excel, SQL, Python/R
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Strong communication skills - should be comfortable presenting their work to offshore and onshore leads
Good to have skills
- Exposure to Advance Analytics techniques and ML algorithm - predictive, clustering, optimization
- Experience in Incentive Compensation Design
Minimum educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree
