Role & responsibilities

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with experience working as an individual contributor as well as leading/mentoring the team if required.

Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Cases, Email Handlers, Omni-Channel, Tasks, Events, and Accounts.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and both inbound and outbound integrations
Expertise in integration - Whatsapp, message apps, chat, chatbot and voice integration is crucial part of the Service Cloud v2.0 development, and
Expertise on Case management, tasks, account info, etc. aligned with Service Cloud in Salesforce..
Nice to have: Certifications in Admin, PD1, and JS1.
