Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architecture that leverages the best of Salesforce's ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Experience, AI, and other speciality clouds.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

○      Design end-to-end Salesforce-based solutions, integrating multiple clouds and third-party systems.

○      Ensure adherence to best practices, security, scalability, and performance standards.

1. Technical Leadership

○      Guide development teams across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and provide mentorship and quality assurance.

○      Review code and configurations to ensure architectural integrity.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

○      Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and present architectural options.

○      Translate business goals into actionable technical solutions.

1. Innovation & Strategy

○      Stay ahead with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

○      Recommend innovative tools and platforms that align with business goals.

1. Documentation & Governance

○      Create technical documents including data flow diagrams, architecture documents, and security models.

○      Establish architectural governance practices for the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills & Experience

●      8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years as a Technical or Solution Architect.

●      Proven experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, Field Service, Health).

●      Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.

●      Strong experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft preferred).

●      Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture and data model.

●      Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect or CTA

●      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

●      Salesforce Certified Architect Certification – a strong advantage.

●      Experience working in Agile environments.

●      Exposure to DevOps tools & CI/CD Pipelines (Copado, Gearset, etc.).

●      Experience working with global teams across time zones.
