We are building a digital retail and working capital ecosystem in the automotive fluids space. This is a frontline sales role with a strong financial component. You will not only sell products but also help retailers understand and adopt a system that improves their cash flow and business.
We are looking for people who can sell, explain, and drive adoption on the ground.
Who should apply:
Candidates with experience in:
● Paytm, Razorpay, BharatPe, Pine Labs or similar fintech/POS companies
● NBFC, SME lending, merchant acquisition
● Banking sales (merchant, CASA, credit products)
● Strong field sales background with ability to explain financial concepts
What you must be able to do:
● Sell products and build retailer relationships
● Explain financial concepts in simple, practical language
● Demonstrate how our system improves retailer earnings and cash flow
● Handle objections and close sales
● Drive repeat business and retailer engagement
Key traits:
● Strong sales orientation and hunger to close
● Market-focused and street-smart
● Clear thinking and practical intelligence
● Strong communication (Hindi for NCR; basic English required)
● Comfortable working in field environment
Role:
● Acquire and onboard retailers
● Drive product sales and visibility at counter
● Explain and implement Performance Linked Credit Line (PCL)
● Push digital transaction adoption
● Work closely with mechanics and retailers to increase offtake
Experience: 2–6 years preferred
This is a high-impact field role combining sales, relationship management, and financial explanation. The right candidate will be able to both sell products and influence how retailers run their business.
