The Sales Finance Global Process Lead - Trade is accountable for defining and driving the global strategy for trade promotions, trade budgeting, and accrual validation processes. This role ensures standardized, efficient, and controlled processes across the enterprise, enabling Mars to optimize promotional spend, accurately account for trade activities, and drive financial compliance. The role owns process standards, KPIs, and the global transformation agenda, engaging key stakeholders across MGSF, Finance, and Mars Segment
