Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will handle sales transactions, maintain product displays, and contribute to achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities that demonstrate a customer-centric approach.
- Understanding of jewelry trends, materials, and product knowledge to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry, would be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with sales or point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
- Graduation degree or equivalent educational background in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Fluency in relevant local languages, along with knowledge of English, is highly desirable.
