Experience: 4-7 years (Retail/Commercial Leasing)
Responsibilities:
- Drive retail leasing transactions for malls, shops, and commercial properties.
- Build relationships with developers, tenants, and brands.
- Identify new leasing opportunities and negotiate deals.
- Conduct market research and rental benchmarking.
- Manage documentation and support business growth targets.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of the Noida retail/commercial market.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to identify and verify properties for sale or rent.
- Collect and record property details and owner information.
- Capture geo-tagged photos/videos and update property databases.
- Build relationships with local brokers, RWAs, and property owners.
- Support sales and marketing teams with verified listings.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of local markets and attention to detail.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
