Role OverviewWe are inviting applications from energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen our presence across Modern Trade Stores, General Trade Stores, QSRs, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafs). The role focuses on market expansion, relationship management, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales across Modern Trade Stores and General Trade Stores
- Acquire and manage accounts in QSRs and HoReCa segments
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at retail outlets
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients
- Execute sales targets and contribute to market expansion plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, launches, and campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages or food products
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, QSR, and HoReCa channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
