Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Expert role based in Bengaluru South.
- The Sales Expert will engage with prospective and existing patients to understand their dental needs, explain suitable treatments, and guide them through service options such as in-clinic visits, online consultations, and at-home care.
- Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads from digital channels, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments or treatment plans.
- The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with clinic and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
- The Sales Expert will also provide feedback on customer insights to improve sales processes, marketing campaigns, and overall service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative selling abilities, including lead qualification, objection handling, and conversion of inquiries into appointments or treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain dental services clearly and build trust with diverse patient profiles.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, including managing pipelines, updating records, and working with online lead sources.
- Basic understanding of or strong interest in healthcare or dental services, with a willingness to learn treatment offerings and terminology.
