Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads for residential & commercial interior projects
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with the design team
- Present design proposals, quotations, and concepts to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Handle negotiations and deal closures effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase conversions and revenue
Required Skills
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Sales-driven mindset with closing ability
- Basic understanding of interior design process & costing
- Ability to handle high-value clients professionally
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools / Excel / basic presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate Sales
- Experience in luxury or premium segment sales
- Existing network of builders / architects / clients is a plus
