Job Title: Sales Manager

Experience Required: 25 Years (Interior / Real Estate / Luxury Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage qualified leads for residential & commercial interior projects
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with the design team
  • Present design proposals, quotations, and concepts to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Handle negotiations and deal closures effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
  • Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop strategies to increase conversions and revenue

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and client handling skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with closing ability
  • Basic understanding of interior design process & costing
  • Ability to handle high-value clients professionally
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools / Excel / basic presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate Sales
  • Experience in luxury or premium segment sales
  • Existing network of builders / architects / clients is a plus
