Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Executives/Trainees at our location in Daman. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, presenting product features and benefits, and understanding client requirements to propose tailored solutions. Sales Executives/Trainees will also collaborate with the internal team to meet sales targets, prepare reports, and provide exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose customized solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience or education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Daman
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
