Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Monitor sales performance and report on metrics to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-16 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or regional languages is a plus.
